Ma's Vanity cakes & Krystals

I have always wondered what Ma's Vanity Puffs tasted like but the recipe doesn't match up to Laura's descriptuon.
Well..if anything can come close to what I imagine, it would be Krystal's Little Bites(sorry if that is not the correct name). They are SOOOO GOOOOD! They just seem to melt in your mouth and oh if Ma had only had powdered sugar what would they have thought! lol Now they aren't hollow inside but when they melt in your mouth you forget about that.
Just thought I'd share cause you all need to taste these if you are like me cause this may be as close as you get.

i have never heard of krystals little bites. where do you get these at? i live in the midwest and have never seen them in any grocery store. are they like little donuts, cakes?

Krystal's is like the White Castle's we have around Ohio, I understand. So I'm guessing it's something sold there.
